Refund and Exchange Policy – Sanaa Couture
Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please make sure to do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact our Customer Care team via email at sanaacouture@gmail.com or through call/WhatsApp at +91 9833911222. Please note that prepaid orders cannot be canceled. In the case of cancellation for prepaid orders, a credit note valid for 90 days will be issued.
Exchange Policy:
- Items purchased from the clearance sale section are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
- For items not on sale, we offer a credit note equivalent to the cost amount for exchanges; cash refunds are not provided.
- If the product doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, you can exchange it within 7 days for a different style or receive a credit note.
- Monetary refunds will not be provided.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Returned items will be examined by our quality check team, and if conditions are not met, they will be returned at your expense.
- Exchange can be done either by couriering the item to our address or opting for our return pick-up facility at a small charge.
Exchange Process:
- Customer courier option: Ship the item to Gurcharan Textiles (Sanaa Couture) at the provided address.
- Return pick-up: Arrange for a return pick-up with a small charge.
Credit Note:
- All items can be exchanged for a credit coupon within 7 days from the delivery date.
- The entire amount (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the coupon code.
- The credit note is valid for 3 months.
How to Use a Sanaa Couture Credit Note:
- Apply the credit note code at the checkout page on our website.
- Enter the code in the ‘DISCOUNT CODE’ section and click ‘APPLY.’
- The discount will reflect immediately, deducting the amount from the total.
- For any issues with the credit note code, contact our customer care team for assistance.
Cancellation Policy: Sanaa Couture reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances where the requirement cannot be met. Communication of order cancellation or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
